Our Team

  • Kym Webster, president and founder of WYW, spent 4 years in the nonprofit space and 16 years in the corporate world before starting this company in 2001. She loves it when we get feedback that where we put things makes SO much sense. Her goal is to make every area function "smart", while always keeping an eye on how it looks too.

  • Adriana Nix joined While You Work in 2022, while juggling school-age children. She works when she can, and she also helps with administration. When families are moving, she recommends that they gather keys, wallets and passports in one place, so they don't get lost in the shuffle.

  • Amy Gokey has been packing and unpacking While You Work customers since 2013. She says "finishing a project and seeing the WOW on our customers' faces is very rewarding!"

  • Annie Hill joined While You Work in 2005, and she is our shelf liner guru. She gathers all the measurements and cuts each piece to a perfect fit. She especially advocates liner in new homes, since it keeps shelves and drawers looking like new.

  • In 2021, Jennie Killion brought her love for interior design to While You Work. She especially enjoys staging various areas of a house. “I enjoy transforming master closets into a space that is visually pleasing as well as practical and brings joy to our customers.”

  • Kelsey Webster has grown up in and around the business and still jumps in from time to time. She says "when we set up kitchens, I love how we do things like locate glasses near the refrigerator for easy access."

  • Lori Elliott came on board in 2016. She is quick to jump in and get any job done. When we organize pantries, Lori loves using clear bins, so that families can see what they are looking for.

  • Meagan Henderson first started in 2016. She began teaching in 2022 but still works in the summer and on school breaks. Meagan says, “I've seen some pantries that are beautiful, but they don't allow for real life where pantries are full of extras. Our goal is to make everything easy to access and use.”

  • Mellany Corich joined the team in 2007. She left to raise her daughter and rejoined us in 2023. One of her favorite tips is to use a turntable inside the refrigerator to make pickles, jellies, or salad dressings more accessible.

  • Suzanne Buss has been with us since 2007. She also works seasonally as a Medicare expert. She likes to remind people that pre-move purging makes packing, setup, and organization a breeze.
