At While You Work, we call ourselves a personal concierge service because we have your comfort in mind. When you choose an individual service, you will be "wow-ed" by our personal touch. When you allow us to get to know you better with our trial package or annual package, we will form an ongoing partnership to keep your car and home in tip-top shape.

While You Work accepts payment in the form of cash, check or direct debit to our account. The following prices do not include the vendor charge for any service performed. See the Vendor Payments description below for those payment options.

* If you move out of our service area during your contract year, you will be refunded an amount proportionate to the remaining time in your contact, minus a 10% setup fee.

Vendor Payments

When we set up your personal account, you will need to determine your preferred payment method for the third-party services we hire for you. Most of our chosen vendors accept credit cards – we are happy to charge to your card on your behalf. If you prefer to leave a check on your kitchen counter the day the vendor is coming, we will fill in the amount and leave the invoice in its place once the work is completed. If you would like to pay for oil changes, or other items, with cash, you may choose to do so. While You Work and its employees are fully insured against theft, damage, or misuse of your personal assets while in our possession.
